Alanya University Central Research Laboratory
Our laboratory is located on the university campus and has a usage area of 146 m². Our laboratory consists of three main units. These units are designed to comply with the working conditions in accordance with the regulation. Units can be separated from each other by partitions: microbiological analysis laboratory, chemical and physical analysis laboratory and instrumental analysis laboratory.
Universities, public and private expenditures, research and development opportunities, incorporating high-tech devices that are a common price for scientific and technological developments, offering work opportunities in different thematic areas, providing efficient and effective work by providing continuous training of quality manpower at the center and increasing the amount of knowledge. It was put into service with the aim of creating an environment.
Our institution was established by the Western Mediterranean Development Agency within the scope of the 2015 advanced technologies financial support program with the aim of "Developing R&D that increases the product added value / food costs of foods in Alanya and the surrounding area". Our food analysis laboratory provides services at a level and quality that meets the requirements of international standards within the scope of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" regulation.
Our institution has become a full-fledged food analysis laboratory by 2023 and has adopted the mission of providing services to businesses in Alanya and its surroundings. Storage of organization and arrangement of details; Alanya University Central Research Laboratory is responsible for analyzing food, all kinds of substances and materials that come into contact with food, and the reliability, hygiene and quality of feed. It is possible to report the analyzes of samples sent for import, export, inspection and similar transactions for the products specified within the scope of the Regulation, official request analyzes of samples sent from other public institutions, analyzes of institutions and money, individuals or private requests, research and development and project analyses.
Moreover; Participating in national and international proficiency tests, carrying out accreditation, research and development studies, contributing to academic studies and contributing to educational studies are among the duties of our laboratory.
It is aimed to provide quality service by prioritizing education, constantly renewing itself, impartial, equal and honesty principles, ensuring the reliability of the analysis results and protecting the confidential information and registration rights of our customers while performing them.
