Chemical Analysis Laboratory;
The rapid increase in penetration and decrease in production, which are among the biggest problems of today's world, make it very difficult for people to reach quality food. Developing technology and consumer awareness has increased the importance of improving product quality. For this reason, ensuring food safety and quality control is of great importance in terms of consumer and public health.
In this context; In the Analysis Laboratory, analyzes requested within the scope of import, export, special requests and inspections of foodstuffs and substances used in the production of foods and potable water samples are carried out.
In addition to the basic component analyzes of foods, changes in the structure of foodstuffs during processing and storage, and various analyzes for counterfeit and adulteration are routinely performed in our laboratory. All kinds of meat and meat products, flour and bakery products, milk and dairy products, sugar and sugary foods; Analyzes are made according to TSE standards and Foodstuffs Regulation with nationally and internationally valid methods, and compliance with the legislation is checked and evaluated.
