Physical Analysis Laboratories;
Alanya University Food Analysis Laboratory analyzes the samples received after complaints or inspections for products bearing special requests, physical complaints, according to the Turkish Food Codex, TSE standard, Foodstuffs Regulation, and the correct and reliable results are given to the relevant party within the report as soon as possible.
In our laboratory, in addition to classical methods, thanks to up-to-date technologies, it is ensured that analyst-based uncertainties are minimized and analyzes are concluded as soon as possible. Within the scope of physical analysis, there are analyzes given in Annex-1.
