Pricing of analysis:
- After the analysis request is evaluated, an analysis contract is prepared.
- The analysis fee is collected at the beginning of the analysis together with the analysis contract.
- Payments are made by card, cash or money order.
- The analysis, amount, report process, pricing and additional payments to be made in the analysis contract are determined in line with the demand.
- No additional fees will be charged other than the analysis fees specified in the analysis contract.
- The analysis fee of the samples to be sent for analysis as witness samples must be deposited to the bank account of our Directorate's Revolving Fund Enterprise specified below by the person or company requesting the witness sample analysis, and the sample must be sent along with the receipt proving that the analysis fee has been deposited. In order to avoid any problems in taking the sample for analysis and to avoid wasting time in starting the analysis, the units of our Ministry that send the sample must send the document (receipt) proving that the analysis fee has been paid.
- Tracking can be achieved throughout the analysis period with the analysis file and customer number created by us.
- For analyzes to be performed for a fee, the tax identification number of the sample owner company (TR ID number if an individual) and the company name must be stated in the receipt description section. VAT is collected from analysis fees, and invoice information must be sent to our Institution from the contact information specified below in order for the declaration to be made properly during the taxation period.
- Analysis fees do not include 20% VAT.
- Who/who will receive the final report for special request samples; If faxing is requested, information such as fax number, address and telephone number must be clearly stated in the petition. Cargo shipment requests of analysis reports can be sent with a prepaid fee. If an e-mail address is specified in the petition, an e-mail can be sent.
- Analysis files, personal information and analysis results are kept confidential in line with the interests of the customer and cannot be shared without the customer's request.
